1. Operator and scope
This website is operated for PAD.Energy Ltd, a Mauritius-incorporated company, BRN C23196461, at the registered office stated in the legal notice. Enquiries may be sent to info@pad.energy.
These terms concern use of this informational business website. They are not a product sale agreement, mandate, inspection instruction, service engagement or payment authorisation. A transaction requires its own duly authorised documents.
3. Role and authority
PAD.Energy coordinates within a written supplier mandate. It is not represented here as the buyer, seller, owner of product, financier, guarantor or terminal operator, and does not take custody of client funds.
Only an entitled and authorised party may instruct a terminal to release product, subject to the terminal’s requirements. PAD.Energy’s coordination or communication of instructions does not create an independent release authority. Supplier, buyer, terminal, DAPIL and inspector responsibilities remain distinct.
No third party is bound, certified or endorsed by its mention on this website. Obtain the relevant mandate, contract and corporate evidence through an agreed verification route.
4. Fees, costs and payment safety
The stated model distinguishes the buyer’s product payment to the supplier, buyer-paid success-based DAPIL remuneration and separately approved third-party costs. The actual fee rate, defined success event, due date and cost allocation must be agreed in writing. A success-only fee does not make every approved third-party cost contingent on completion.
This website does not publish bank details, collect payments or authorise changes to beneficiaries. Independently verify payment instructions with the entitled contracting party using established, independently sourced contact details. Do not make a payment solely on the strength of a webpage, forwarded document or message.
5. Verification and residual risk
Physical existence, quantity, quality, document authenticity, seller authority, ownership, encumbrances and provenance require distinct assessment. An inspection report does not by itself prove legal title or the right to release product.
No promise of zero execution risk is made. Banking, operational, legal, market and counterparty risks may remain. Obtain suitable independent professional advice, safeguards and insurance where appropriate. An unresolved discrepancy should be addressed under the relevant agreement before the affected step proceeds.
6. Enquiries and confidentiality
The local enquiry tool prepares text only. No communication is delivered to PAD.Energy until you send it through your email service. Opening a mail application is not confirmation of sending or receipt. The website does not create a binding contract or acknowledge acceptance of a requirement.
Do not send identity documents, banking data, credentials, malware, unlawful material or confidential information that you are not authorised to disclose. Detailed onboarding requires an appropriate separately agreed channel and information notice. Mere contact does not create a non-disclosure agreement.
Handling of personal data is explained in the privacy notice. Use of the website is not treated as blanket consent to personal-data processing or marketing.
7. Content, photography and external links
Website text and original layout may be protected by intellectual-property rights. You may view and make reasonable internal reference to the public information, preserving context and attribution. Third-party material remains subject to its own rights and licence terms.
Industrial images are illustrative stock photography, not evidence of PAD.Energy ownership, a particular Rotterdam location, a terminal relationship or an executed transaction. Source and licence information is provided in the image credits.
External links are provided for convenience. Their inclusion does not guarantee their content or availability or imply endorsement. Third-party terms apply when using their services.
8. Responsible use and availability
Do not interfere with the site, seek unauthorised access, impersonate the company, misrepresent its mandate or alter its public information in a misleading way. Report a suspected issue through the office without disclosing personal data publicly.
Reasonable efforts are made to present clear information, but uninterrupted availability, completeness for a particular transaction and error-free operation are not guaranteed. Verify material information directly. Accessibility feedback is welcomed through the contact route in the accessibility statement.
9. Liability and mandatory protections
To the extent permitted by applicable law, PAD.Energy does not assume responsibility for commercial decisions made solely from general website information, third-party service content or the failure of a user’s own email application. Transaction liability is governed by the applicable agreement and law.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Mandatory statutory rights, including personal-data rights, remain unaffected. General website wording does not override a signed contractual obligation.
10. Applicable law and revisions
These website terms are governed by the laws of Mauritius, subject to mandatory laws and rights that apply notwithstanding that choice. Website-related disputes may be brought before competent courts in Mauritius, without excluding a jurisdiction or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
A transaction contract may provide a different governing law or dispute-resolution mechanism for that transaction. Revisions apply prospectively; the version date is shown on this page. Material transaction commitments require their own authorised written agreement.
