Tank-to-tank
Transfer between agreed storage arrangements. The parties establish the relevant terminal procedures, custody records, transfer point and acceptance evidence.
Execution / Roles, sequence and economics
The framework below describes the intended coordination approach. The signed transaction documents define the actual commitments, authorities and conditions.
01 / Delivery scope
Transfer between agreed storage arrangements. The parties establish the relevant terminal procedures, custody records, transfer point and acceptance evidence.
Loading into an agreed vessel. Vessel acceptance, berth availability, safety requirements, measurement and loading documentation must be addressed.
Neither structure establishes ownership, capacity or availability by itself. Trade terms, title transfer and risk transfer require express contractual treatment.
02 / Transaction sequence
Confirm legal entities, decision-making authority, delivery structure, indicative volume and timing. Establish the relevant mandate and screen whether the proposed transaction is within scope.
Pause where: the authority chain, identity or commercial requirement cannot be established.
Agree the specification, independent inspection scope, responsibilities, terminal verification route, purchase-price conditions, fee trigger and third-party costs. Identify the title and risk-transfer provisions separately.
Pause where: obligations, access, beneficiaries, costs or completion criteria remain unresolved.
Obtain the agreed evidence. Authenticate documents with their issuers through independently sourced contact details. Review physical findings separately from authority, provenance and legal-title evidence.
Pause where: inspection fails, documents conflict, provenance is unresolved or an instruction cannot be authenticated.
The buyer and supplier follow the contracted payment sequence. The party entitled to instruct the terminal authorises release; the terminal performs the physical operation. Retain agreed acceptance and completion records.
Pause where: a payment condition, authorised instruction or operational requirement has not been satisfied.
03 / Responsibility allocation
The same transaction may involve additional advisers, carriers or banks. Their functions must also be agreed; this framework does not bind third parties.
Coordinates information and the agreed sequence within its written supplier mandate.
Boundary: Does not own or sell the product, hold client funds, finance the buyer, guarantee performance or independently authorise terminal release.
Provides contractual product commitments and evidence of its authority to sell and instruct the relevant release.
Boundary: Its sale, title and delivery obligations remain under the transaction contract.
Establishes authority and capability; agrees acceptance criteria; pays contractual beneficiaries when the agreed conditions are met.
Boundary: Does not rely on this website as a product offer, proof of availability or payment instruction.
Verifies authorised instructions and performs agreed physical operations under its own contractual and safety requirements.
Boundary: PAD.Energy does not replace the terminal or control its access, schedules or operating decisions.
Provides its agreed services under a separate written arrangement; the buyer-paid remuneration model is success-based.
Boundary: Scope, success event, fee entitlement and any subcontracting must be documented. DAPIL is not presented here as the seller or terminal.
Measures or tests quantity and quality within its instructions; the issuer should authenticate its reports.
Boundary: An inspection report does not by itself prove legal title, freedom from encumbrances or authority to release.
04 / Payment and remuneration
The product purchase price is paid to the verified contractual beneficiary under the sale agreement. No payment instructions are issued through this website.
The stated service model is buyer-paid and success-only. The written service agreement must define the success event, rate or amount, invoice basis and due date before engagement.
Inspection, storage, terminal, shipping or other costs require an identified payer and prior written approval. Legitimate approved costs may arise even if the transaction does not complete.
Bank details and changed beneficiaries must be verified independently. A document, message or website claiming to represent a party is not sufficient authority to pay.
05 / Product specification
The focus is EN590 diesel with a maximum sulphur content of 10 mg/kg (10 ppm by mass). The applicable specification, test methods and acceptance limits must be set out in the transaction documents.
No standing stock, monthly capacity, fixed price or product availability is represented on this website.
